Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite, 5 days per week)Experience: 3 yearsSupport Level: Tier 1 and Tier 2We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk IT Support Engineer to provide daily end-user support for Windows desktops and laptops. This role handles troubleshooting, updates, installations, and general IT assistance for company employees. Tier 3 issues will be escalated to specialized teams.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, applications, and user accountsTroubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issuesPerform system updates, imaging, installations, and new hire setupsMaintain ticket documentation and escalate issues as neededSupport basic networking and VPN accessManage IT equipment inventoryQualifications:3 years of Helpdesk or Desktop Support experienceStrong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skillsFamiliar with Active Directory and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)Excellent communication and customer service skills
