As a Carpenter for our team you will assist with property turnovers, renovations & remodeling using skill including but not limited to;
- framing & finishing
- painting, drywall & carpentry repairs
- cabinetry & flooring installs
- plumbing & electrical repairs
- general repairs, cleaning, lock changes, unit turnovers
- occasional routine maintenance

We are looking to expand our in-house maintenance team. We're looking for positive, team-oriented individuals with quality carpentry skills and a keen eye for detail and quality, who are ready for a stable position with awesome benefits. Work days are Monday- Friday, 8 hours per day with a start time between 7:00-9:00AM with some flexibility.
The ideal candidate has some or all of the following skills AND a strong interest in learning new skills and techniques:
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Painting & Prep
- Drywall Installation and Finish
- Interior Trim Work
- Cabinet & Counter-top Installation
- Basic Residential Wiring and Electric
- Basic Residential Plumbing
- Diagnosis and Remediation of Moisture Infiltration (gutter overflows, grading, etc.)
- Exterior Finish ability
- Residential Masonry Knowledge
Other Requirements: Basic Computer and Handheld Device Skills are mandatory. You must have your own hand-tools (plumbing kit, electrical kit, basic hand-tool kit). You must use your own vehicle however we do reimburse for mileage.
