Responsibilities
- Process factory and extended warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility.
- Reconcile warranty receivables with manufacturer payments.
- Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid or rejected warranty submissions.
- Ensure warranty documentation complies with manufacturer requirements.
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
- Maintain organized warranty records and support warranty audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive warranty administration experience is required.
- Experience with Tekion dealership management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
