Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner as the first point of contact
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to customers
- Perform light administrative tasks and data entry as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments
- Schedule appointments for service or sales, managing appointment calendars efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Support various departments with administrative duties as necessary
- Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and basic office software (Google Suite, and dealership specific systems)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous experience as a receptionist or other customer-facing role is a plus
