Cafe Prep Cook Part Time

Nu3s Market Café is hiring a part‑time Prep/Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations at our new location in Queens. We’re looking for someone who knows the pace and rhythm of a QSR or café kitchen and can jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

• Prep ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes

• Support line cooking during service and assist across all kitchen stations

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and café‑level hygiene standards

• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and general kitchen organization

• Help with dishwashing and back‑of‑house tasks as needed

• Work as part of a small, collaborative team focused on quality and efficiency

• Experience working in a QSR, café, fast‑casual, or high‑volume kitchen

• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety

• Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and multitask during busy periods

• ServSafe certification is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

• Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays)
