Job Description and responsibilities:
Business Architecture & Strategy
- Define and evolve the manufacturing business architecture to support strategic objectives.
- Translate business needs into digital transformation roadmaps and technology enablement plans.
- Align manufacturing operations with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
- Architect solutions leveraging IIoT, MES, UNS, MQTT, and edge/cloud platforms.
- Lead the design and implementation of digital threads across shop floor systems.
- Ensure interoperability between OT and IT systems through standardized data models and protocols.
- Conduct maturity assessments of shop floor operations and digital capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to implement scalable, sustainable transformation initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, visioning sessions, and governance forums to drive alignment.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Design and maintain a Unified Namespace (UNS) structure for real-time data flow across assets.
- Enable contextualized data access for analytics, visualization, and AI/ML applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across the digital ecosystem
