We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead plant operations in recovering critical minerals from lithium-ion batteries. This hands-on role includes supervising staff, ensuring safety and quality, troubleshooting equipment, and driving process improvements.


Requirements:

  • 10 years in industrial plant operations (recycling, battery, metals, or chemical processing)
  • 5 years supervising teams
  • Experience with automated process equipment and troubleshooting
  • Strong safety knowledge (OSHA, Hazmat, RCRA)
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
