Schedule Monday - Friday
Salary $64,000 - $70,000 Bonus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse or plant management experience; healthcare industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver performance coaching and execute corrective actions
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills to motivate a diverse team
- Highly computer literate (Excel and general PC applications a plus)
- Organizational focus to manage timekeeping and labor tracking
- Service-oriented mindset toward internal departments and healthcare customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly manage Production Associate and daily output standards
- Analyze KPIs to drive operational strategy beyond simple product movement
- Execute a throughput schedule that meets all client delivery requirements
- Establish and manage Quality Assurance program for healthcare standards
- Minimize product loss through clean return audits and load-out management
- Utilize Dayforce for accurate timekeeping and personnel management
