• Design, develop, and maintain robust performance test plans and automated scripts using OpenText Performance Center/LoadRunner and Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Execute various performance tests, including load, stress, and scalability tests, and meticulously analyze the results.
• Use performance monitoring tools like Datadog to identify performance bottlenecks and potential defects.
• Collaborate closely with development and systems teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Generate clear performance metric reports and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage defects using tracking tools like Jira and participate actively in Agile project meetings.
Required Qualifications
• 5 to 8 years of in-depth, hands-on experience with both OpenText Performance Center/LoadRunner and Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Proven experience using performance monitoring tools, with a strong preference for Datadog.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with databases like DB2 or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in performance testing applications in a cloud environment, particularly AWS.
• Experience migrating test scripts from LoadRunner to NeoLoad.
• Hands-on experience with other monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
• Background in the healthcare or insurance payer industry.
