Overview
Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on payment application research and data entry within our proprietary CDM module. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in independent work environments, possesses a high level of precision, and has a foundational background in finance or accounts-related roles.
Responsibilities
• Perform high-volume data entry within the CDM module, specifically reviewing and processing customer payment information.
• Utilize internal systems (Remitco, Genesis, and CAD) to research and determine the correct application of customer payments.
• Toggle between proprietary tools to verify customer details and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Assist team members with similar payment research tasks and departmental projects as needed.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy while performing repetitive tasks to ensure financial data integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within Finance, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs, sorting, and filtering.
• Proven ability to maintain precision and focus during repetitive data-driven tasks
• Ability to work independently for extended periods while remaining flexible enough to switch between tasks as priorities shift.

• Experience in financial sectors
• Candidates from diverse industry backgrounds who demonstrate strong analytical skills are also preferred.
