Terms of Employment
- Contract, 6 Months (Possible Extension / Permanent Conversion)
- This position requires residence in Maryland and the ability to work on-site at our client's Baltimore, MD (Canton neighborhood) office 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel to local healthcare provider offices will also be required.

- Perform detailed abstractions of clinical data from member medical records.
- Review and extract key information from provider records to support HEDIS quality measures.
- For experienced candidates, conduct over reads of abstracted charts to ensure accuracy.
- Occasionally travel to local provider offices to collect and manage medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on clinical experience is required.
- Must reside in the state of Maryland.
- Demonstrated experience navigating Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with HEDIS chart abstraction and review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Experience using EPIC or CareSeed software.
