Overview
Our client is seeking a Care Center Supervisor Temporary to act as a supervisor for seasonal temporary Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The Supervisor would be working in a team setting. The Supervisor Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Call Center Supervisor in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the call center. • Track contractor availability.
• Ensure that calls are prioritized correctly.
• Monitor customer inquiries and logs average handle times.
• Maintain optimal use of available resources to make certain that calls are completed within the goal.
• Maintain continual awareness of overall status of resource availability and current deployment, and ensures that resources are reallocated as needed to meet changing needs for service.
• Provide advice and counsel to employees, members, and/or contractors regarding problem resolution.
• Handle customers' appeals/escalations as needed.
• Forward contractor problems to the appropriate representative.
Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma and 5 years of call center customer service experience
• 2 years of Supervisor experience in a Call Center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Specific experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
