Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, promoting relevant products and services as needed.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating the issues and following up to ensure satisfactory resolutions are achieved.
- Monitor call queues and assist colleagues during peak times to ensure optimal service levels are maintained.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer service experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
