Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and maintain event budgets and track expenses to avoid overspending.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Manage event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and transportation.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
