We’re looking for an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team and help drive continued success in placing top talent across real estate, construction, property management, and finance.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships within your industry focus
- Develop pipelines and strategies to deliver high-quality candidates quickly
- Drive personal production goals while contributing to team success
- Stay informed on market trends and talent movement in your niche
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of agency recruiting experience (real estate, construction, property management, or finance strongly preferred)
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and adaptable — with a passion for hitting goals
- Ability to work hybrid: come into the Houston office 2 days per week
What We’re Offering:
- Competitive draw/base uncapped commission (experienced recruiters can make anywhere from $100,000 - $500,000 a year)
