What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cancellations Representative position at NSD NEWCO?
POSITION SUMMARY: This is a full-time position that is responsible for Interacting with members, agents, brokers and lenders regarding cancellations. These interactions occur by phone, email and mail.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers and members
• Field phone calls from lenders, agents, brokers and members regarding cancellations
• Manage email inquiries from lenders, agents and members
• Accurately process a high volume of cancellations utilizing the appropriate application form numbers
• Follow specific requirements regarding necessary backup and documentation for cancellation requests
• Follow all procedures regarding document archiving for cancellation requests
• Provide written communications to lenders, members, agents and brokers in a very professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Assisting the data entry team with the keying of paper applications into the Affinity database.
• Assisting with adhoc projects when needed
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma, some college preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word,

• Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct

Hours Required: Monday to Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
