Job Description
The Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect (Part-Time) with strong consulting and client-facing expertise and a proven background designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clients and industries. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural ownership, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud, aligned with client objectives and industry best practices
Translate complex business processes into scalable, maintainable technical designs
Define data models, security architectures, integration strategies, and governance frameworks
Consulting & Client Engagement
Work across multiple clients with varying requirements, Salesforce org structures, and technical environments
Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical design reviews
Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and recommended implementation approaches
Implementation & Technical Leadership
Lead technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and major enhancements, including first-time Salesforce implementations
Guide configuration, customization, development, and integration activities
Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Integration & Data Management
Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools
Define and oversee data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security requirements when implementing Health Cloud
Quality, Governance & Best Practices
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing
Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and establish reusable standards
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements
Required Experience & Skills
5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including repeated delivery of end-to-end CRM implementations
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role, managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce configuration
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Data modeling and security architecture
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including:
Health Cloud data model
Care plans
Person Accounts
Healthcare workflows
Strong understanding of system integration patterns, API design, and middleware tools
Preferred Certifications
At least one advanced Salesforce certification, such as:
Application Architect
System Architect
Health Cloud Consultant
