Summary
A top global organization is seeking a Product Manager - Digital 3/5 to join its Product & Engineering team. This role will specifically support the development of conversational AI and business intelligence products. The hiring manager is looking to fill this position immediately, and this is a net-new role with strong potential for extension based on performance.
This position requires someone within driving distance of Beaverton, OR, who can work PST hours and come onsite when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML product initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct user research and analyze consumer and market insights to identify opportunities for AI/ML-powered innovation.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and epics with clear acceptance criteria.
- Develop code prototypes when needed to validate concepts.
- Deliver demos of AI products, articulating integration points across platform solutions.
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, platform partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to build impactful AI/ML capabilities.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demo sessions.
- Measure customer success through adoption, performance, and cost-efficiency KPIs.
- Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate advancements into product evolution.
- Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Drive the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, optimization, and sunsetting.
- Communicate technical concepts and product strategies effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Data/AI Consultant, or Technical PM within data, analytics, or AI/ML product development.
- Hands-on experience building, delivering, and shipping AI products (non-negotiable).
- Completed at least two full-cycle AI/ML product development projects.
- Strong background in matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
- Experience developing AI/ML frameworks, models, pipelines, and production deployments.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and LucidChart.
- Strong storytelling skills to evangelize product impact.
- Prior experience working with this organization's digital ecosystem (mandatory).
