Title: Member Services Specialist
Location: 5101 O//'Connor Blvd, Irving, TX 75039 (Onsite)
Type: Contractor (Pay-as-you-go)
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to healthcare, insurance, benefits, and accounts.
- Master four core systems (HSP, HPS, HealthTrio, Zelis) to accurately process calls and resolve issues.
- Support healthcare programs: Health Exchange, US Family Health Plan, NCHD.
- Assist members with benefit structures, claims activity, and portal navigation.
- Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all interactions with clear, concise, and audit-ready notes.
- Progress into claims interpretation, premium payment processing, and multi-line service support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (mandatory for submission).
- Prior customer service experience (healthcare-related preferred).
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems (HSP, HPS, HealthTrio, Zelis).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle calls with professionalism and efficiency.
