Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for the accurate data entry, tracking, and maintenance of inventory product movements within Ricoh's Field Distribution operations. This role supports inventory accuracy by updating databases, preparing reports, assisting with physical inventories, and communicating inventory discrepancies to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate records of all inventory product movements
- Update inventory databases to track product location, transfers, and disposals
- Prepare and generate monthly and quarterly inventory reports
- Assist with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or areas of concern to management
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation
- Support inventory audits and compliance activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand instructions and prepare basic reports and documentation
