Summary
We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer 2 to support the Women’s Apparel Graphics team. This role focuses on seasonal apparel collections, visual center development, narrative-driven storytelling, and product-focused graphic design. The designer will contribute to 2 apparel collections per season and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring graphic concepts to life.
A portfolio is required and must include:
- Seasonal collection work
- Trim development and trim pieces
- Storytelling concepts
- Apparel graphic systems and visual centers
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Concept Development
Conceptualize and develop graphic narratives across multiple seasonal collections.
Create Graphic Visual Centers (VCs) and presentations that align with brand direction.
Participate in brainstorms, strategy sessions, and creative reviews with cross-functional teams.
Graphic Design & Execution
Design apparel graphics, icons, branding elements, and seasonal storytelling components.
Assist in building comprehensive visual packages for Women’s Running and Apparel teams.
Translate narrative concepts into meaningful visual design for consumer-facing product.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
Partner with Product Design, Color Design, Product Management, and Technical Development teams.
Present design concepts and strategies to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
Balance multiple short- and long-term projects with varying complexity.
Must-Have Qualifications
5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within product creation or design agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
A well-curated portfolio demonstrating:
Design methodology
Research & inspiration
Graphic development
Storytelling
Final execution
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design principles.
Ability to create schematics, iconography, and structured visual systems.
Experience creating visual centers and seasonal stories.
Ability to work onsite at Beaverton, OR HQ.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
2 years of apparel graphics experience preferred.
Experience with Figma, Viscom, Ai, or similar tools.
Familiarity with consumer/athlete-inspired design research.
Strong storytelling capability and the ability to translate narratives into product.
