The Business Analyst will support software engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and product delivery in the Travel & Hospitality sector. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (required).
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Engineering/IT or related field.
- Industry-specific experience in the Travel & Hospitality sector (required).
- Strong understanding of software product lifecycle methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Skilled in engaging customers, empathizing with needs, and aligning solutions with requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile and other iterative SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in:
- Gathering business requirements
- Supporting product installation, integration, and operationalization
- Ensuring product health, reliability, availability, and maintainability
- Understanding product install base, usage, and future roadmap
