This role offers both strategic leadership and hands-on technical engagement across the Finance and HR ecosystem.Required Skills and Experience That Will Lead to SuccessBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field10 years of experience in IT and 5 years as a Workday Solution Architect across Workday Finance, Extend, and IntegrationsExperience with Workday PSA and Workday HR is a plusStrong technical skills in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and securityStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulationsBasic understanding of HR processes and best practices (preferred)Experience with non-Workday Finance/Procurement systems (Kyriba, TM1, Coupa, etc.) is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAI experience inside or outside the Workday ecosystem is a plusExperience with Workday core concepts: FDM, security models, business process framework, reporting & analytics, integration frameworkExperience leading teamsWorkday certification highly desirable
