Job Title: Retail Sales Education SpecialistEmployment Type: Contract | Part-TimeWork Type: Field-BasedLocation: North Los Angeles / Los Angeles, CAHours: Approximately 25 hours per weekDuration: 6 MonthsJob SummaryThe Retail Sales Education Specialist is responsible for driving brick-and-mortar (B&M) retail sales growth through in-store brand education, product training, and retail partner engagement across the North Los Angeles / Los Angeles, CA region. This role focuses on elevating brand presence, supporting retail partners, and executing in-store activations to increase sales performance.The position requires 24–30 hours per week working in-store, plus an additional 2–3 hours per week dedicated to reporting and administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute in-store brand and product training for retail partner teamsDrive B&M sales growth through strategic in-store education and activationsSupport elevated in-store events, retailer-led promotions, and branded initiativesCollaborate with the National Field Manager to develop and implement regional sales strategiesProvide insights and recommendations to identify future sales growth opportunitiesComplete weekly sales, event, and brand performance reportsMaintain strong relationships with retail partners and store leadershipRequired QualificationsPrevious experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role within beauty retail environments such as Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s, or comparable retailersStrong understanding of retail sales strategies and in-store customer engagementExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordSkills & CompetenciesRetail Sales & MerchandisingBrand Education & Product TrainingEvent Support & In-Store ActivationsSales Reporting & Data TrackingRelationship ManagementTime Management & OrganizationCompensationPay Rate: $25.00 per hourCompensation Type: Contract (Pay-as-you-go)Work Schedule & LocationFlexible working hoursField-based role across North Los Angeles / Los Angeles, CAReporting location: Studio 1886, 515 Shatto Place, Los Angeles, CATime Zone: Pacific Time (PST)
