This role will focus on product setup, digital merchandising, promotional execution, and performance optimization. Candidates must be able to work PST hours regardless of location.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Catalog ManagementBuild, upload, and maintain products, variants, pricing, and metadata within the eCommerce platform.Ensure accurate categorization, tagging logic, filters, and navigation to enhance product discoverability.Maintain data cleanliness including naming conventions, taxonomy, URLs, and handle consistency.Merchandising & OptimizationCurate collections, landing pages, and onsite placements aligned with campaigns and seasonal strategies.Optimize product detail pages (PDPs)—titles, SEO copy, feature bullets, images, videos, and enhanced content.Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost CTR, ATC, CVR, and AOV.Promotional Setup & ExecutionConfigure promotional rules, bundles, price overrides, and discount logic per promotional calendars.Validate promotional accuracy including exclusions, stacking rules, price displays, and UX consistency.Partner with Marketing and Planning to align timing, messaging, and inventory.Content & Accuracy QAPerform pre- and post-launch QA for products, promotions, and content updates.Identify and report discrepancies such as incorrect pricing, inventory mismatches, broken images, or navigation issues.Reporting & InsightsTrack merchandising performance using analytics dashboards.Provide weekly and campaign-based insights and optimization recommendations.RequirementsIdeal ExperienceMid-to-senior level experience as a Digital Merchandiser.Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shoppedance, product setup, discount engines, and app integrations.Understanding of eCommerce merchandising best practices and onsite customer journey.Knowledge of SEO for eCommerce (metadata, titles, structured content).Experience with product feeds, variant structures, and CMS systems.Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.SkillsSEOeCommerceAnalyticsProduct Catalog ManagementMerchandising Strategy
