Keystone Capacity Solutions is the brokerage division of NRS – a family of brands that delivers hands-on expertise for every segment of logistics across a variety of industries. Our Opportunity
We are seeking both winter and spring interns to join our expanding Keystone Capacity Solutions team. The Intern is responsible primarily for data entry as it relates to maintaining customer relationships and overseeing daily shipment activities while ensuring a high level of customer service to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations. This position will report to the Account Manager and work in our Toledo, OH office located in downtown Toledo/Hensville area.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Builds loads and ensures accurate shipment detail is entered.
- Sets appointments for both pick and delivery.
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Work with carrier sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Manage daily load activities, resolving customer issues to ensure on time pick-up and delivery.
- Proactively resolve problems that may arise while a load is in transit.
- Creative thinker who enjoys a competitive, team-based atmosphere.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency; able to work in a fast-paced work environment with quickly changing priorities.
- Works proactively and independently, with the ability to take initiative.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Willingness to learn new information and apply knowledge to job responsibilities.
- Bachelors’ degree pursuit preferred.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
