Job Overview

The Tracer plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of assigned freight, fostering and expanding carrier relationships, and managing day-to-day shipment activities. This role demands a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, aiming to surpass our customers' expectations consistently.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with carriers, establishing a reliable and efficient transportation network.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications diligently to uphold superior customer service standards.
• Champion operational excellence by enhancing service delivery to both customers and carriers, ensuring the seamless execution of daily load activities.
• Address and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Anticipate and proactively tackle challenges that may arise during transit, implementing effective solutions to maintain service integrity.
• Contribute to a creative and dynamic team culture.
• Strategically expand business with current carriers, aligning efforts with account growth strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, highlighting a solid educational background in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in sales, especially within the truck brokerage or logistics industry, is highly valued.
• Comprehensive knowledge of truck brokerage operations, showcasing an understanding of the logistics and transportation sector.
• A strong work ethic combined with a sense of urgency, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Independent and proactive work style, with the initiative to address challenges and drive results.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective interactions
