Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or styles based on customer preferences and industry trends
- Monitor high-volume production processes to ensure timely delivery of fresh pizzas during busy hours
- Handle food ingredients with proper food handling techniques, including knife skills for slicing and portioning ingredients
- Support overall food production efforts by participating in meal preparation, garnishing, and presentation
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly desirable
