Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) / Licensed OTA / Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Poulsbo, WA and we are open to both travel and local candidates.

Job Type: Full-Time Travel Assignment (13 weeks, willing to extend) | Direct hire permanent may be considered if anyone is interested.

About the Role:

We are seeking licensed/certified Occupational Therapist and COTA/L Occupational Therapy Assistant with solid experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Net Health electronic documentation systems (If any). Candidates should be comfortable serving as the sole OT provider at our facility.

We have travel assignments available for 13-week, full-time positions, as well as opportunities for local therapists interested in flexible schedules.

Assignment Details:

• Traveling Full-Time: 13-week assignment, SNF setting, critical rate applies.
• Direct Hire: Rate for travel assignments does not apply; applicants will be evaluated based on skills, experience, and rate.

Qualifications:

• Current WA COTA or OTR license, or actively working toward obtaining WA licensure
• Experience in SNF rehabilitation and Net Health documentation
• Comfortable functioning as the sole OT provider at a facility
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to relocate temporarily for travel assignments
