Duration: 44 Weeks | Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 3:35 PM)

About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Thornton, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse speech and language needs in an inclusive academic environment.
Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning and cultural needs
- Utilize evidence-based and creative instructional strategies
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Special Services Provider License with SLP endorsement (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- School-based experience preferred
- CLD (Culturally & Linguistically Diverse Education) endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
