SPARC Health Therapy provides therapy services to children and adults in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, and nearby communities. With clinics in Bellevue and Bothell, our team offers care both in person and through virtual sessions. Our pediatric specialists have extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Integration needs, Fine and Gross Motor delays, and Daily Living Skills. SPARC Health is in network with major private insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Regency, Premera, First Choice Health Network, and Medicare.
SPARC Health is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. This position supports our pediatric caseload with a mix of in-clinic and in-home visits within the surrounding neighborhoods. All travel time is paid, and schedules are created to keep travel reasonable and localized.
The COTA will provide direct treatment under the supervision of an OTR, assist with progress updates, implement individualized therapy plans, support sensory and motor development, and collaborate with families on home strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible routines, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and meaningful work with children and families.
Location: Bothell and Bellevue, WA
Schedule: Full time
Compensation: $40.23 to $50.57 per hour (paid travel time included)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Active Washington State license
- Experience with pediatrics is preferred
- Strong interest in Sensory Integration, motor development, and functional daily living skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans created by an OTR
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team approach
- Prior experience in a pediatric outpatient or school setting is helpful but not required
