Overview:
Seeking a SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Subject Matter Expert to lead and support enterprise SAP initiatives across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments. This role ensures SAP FICO solutions align with business needs, SAP templates, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SAP FICO SME for Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems across multiple initiatives
- Gather and translate business requirements into SAP configurations and functional designs
- Configure and deploy SAP FICO solutions aligned with global SAP templates
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and SAP CoE to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Support RICEFW developments, integrations, BAPIs, and user exits
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and user story development
- Drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years SAP FICO full lifecycle implementation and support experience
- Strong SAP configuration experience in Finance & Controlling
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Experience with customized processes and SAP template solutions
- Exposure to RICEFW, integrations, and related SAP developments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Ability to travel and provide after-hours support as needed
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cross-functional SAP modules (PP, MM, Procurement)
- Experience with compliance standards (DFARS, ITAR, data protection)
- SAP certifications
