Role Overview
Leads contract management activities across two sites, responsible for negotiation, administration, and compliance of contracts in a manufacturing (preferably aerospace) environment, with strong focus on new program awards (NPI) and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations (T&Cs, NDAs, product agreements)
- Manage contract lifecycle: proposal → execution → change control
- Assess and mitigate contractual risk (cost, compliance, performance)
- Ensure compliance with regulations and export requirements
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and new awards
- Lead cross-functional coordination (programs, engineering, supply chain)
- Oversee team performance across two locations
- Manage customer and government-facing interactions
Key Requirements
- 7 years in contracts management within manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
- Experience with complex contracts and new awards
- Knowledge of export compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Background in aerospace or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management
