We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care to join our mobile healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care management and possess excellent clinical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for wound care
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct regular wound assessments and monitor progress
- Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to guide treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Stay current on latest advancements in wound care treatments and technologies
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- Certification in Wound Care preferred
- Previous experience in wound care management preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
