Role and responsibilities

As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner with us, you will:

• Collaborate with patients and various multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide optimal care
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Create and implement weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  
  

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license (Illinois)
• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• 2 years of experience (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
