This position balances active architectural design duties while overseeing construction during the project lifecycle.

Specific Responsibilities Include
- Lead architectural design and project management for new construction and renovation projects, including functional programming, creation of schematic designs, technical design development, preparation of construction and bidding documents and construction contract administration.
- Develop architectural designs in AutoCAD.
- Conceptualize and finalize project budgets, schedules, and performance objectives with the project team and senior firm staff.
- Collaborate with management and help to develop additional business with new and existing clients.
