- Drive new business in a tight, relationship-driven market
- Secure preventative maintenance service agreements with commercial and industrial customers
- Identify opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and project upgrades
- Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, job walks, and local relationship building
- Meet with facility managers, building owners, and operational leaders to uncover needs
- Partner with internal estimating and service teams to scope, price, and deliver proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline, forecasting, and follow-ups
- Demonstrated success selling commercial HVAC / mechanical service agreements
- Strong hunter DNA with experience building territory from scratch
- Experience selling service contracts; project sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a lower-volume market
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up discipline
- Local New England commercial/industrial relationships are a plus
