Role Overview
This hunter-focused sales position is responsible for building and growing a book of business in New England’s relationship-driven markets. The primary focus is selling preventative HVAC service agreements and identifying opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and replacements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business within commercial & industrial sectors
- Sell HVAC service/maintenance agreements and grow accounts
- Identify repair, retrofit, and upgrade opportunities
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and site visits
- Meet with facility managers and building owners
- Collaborate with estimating & service teams to scope and price proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting
Required Experience
- Proven track record selling commercial HVAC/mechanical service agreements
- Strong hunter DNA; ability to develop a territory from scratch
- Experience selling service contracts (project sales is a plus)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in low-volume markets
- Existing New England commercial/industrial relationships are a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
