Role Overview

This hunter-focused sales position is responsible for building and growing a book of business in New England’s relationship-driven markets. The primary focus is selling preventative HVAC service agreements and identifying opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and replacements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business within commercial & industrial sectors
  • Sell HVAC service/maintenance agreements and grow accounts
  • Identify repair, retrofit, and upgrade opportunities
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and site visits
  • Meet with facility managers and building owners
  • Collaborate with estimating & service teams to scope and price proposals
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting


Required Experience

  • Proven track record selling commercial HVAC/mechanical service agreements
  • Strong hunter DNA; ability to develop a territory from scratch
  • Experience selling service contracts (project sales is a plus)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in low-volume markets
  • Existing New England commercial/industrial relationships are a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
