- Lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and inventory strategy for the Business Unit.
- Ensure alignment across demand, supply, finance, and product.
- Drive executive decision-making through accurate forecasts, cross-functional insights, and scenario planning.
- Own and lead end-to-end global IBP process (Portfolio, Demand, Supply, IR, MBR).
- Facilitate Integrated Reconciliation (IR) and Management Business Review (MBR).
- Drive inventory optimization aligned with service levels and cost targets.
- Ensure alignment across Product, Supply Chain, and Finance on forecasts and plans.
- Identify gaps/risks; lead cross-functional resolution with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and decision support.
- Manage IBP governance (KPIs, calendar, documentation).
- Lead continuous improvement, tools enhancement, and global adoption of IBP.
- Deep IBP / S&OP and inventory management expertise.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
- Analytical and scenario planning capability.
- Project management and change leadership.
- Financial acumen (revenue, margin, cost drivers).
- Bachelors in Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 3 years in IBP, S&OP, demand or supply planning.
- Experience leading global processes and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Power BI, QlikView, or similar tools.
