This role partners with cross-functional leaders across product, demand, supply, and finance to ensure alignment, optimize decision-making, and drive business performance.
This position plays a critical leadership role in orchestrating monthly IBP cycles, facilitating executive-level reviews, and ensuring data-driven strategic decisions across the enterprise.

IBP Leadership & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end IBP implementation and governance across the business unit
- Define IBP vision and align with global processes
- Drive adoption and organizational change management
- Orchestrate all IBP stages:
- Portfolio Review
- Demand Review
- Supply Review
- Integrated Reconciliation
- Management Business Review (MBR)
- Lead Integrated Reconciliation (IR) and facilitate MBR meetings
- Partner with:
- Finance
- Product Management
- Supply Chain
- Demand Planning teams
- Ensure alignment across financial, operational, and strategic goals
- Ensure all functions operate with aligned forecasts and data
- Provide insights on revenue, margin, and demand variability
- Identify risks and develop gap-closing strategies
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance IBP tools, reporting, and data quality
- Utilize tools like Power BI / QlikView for data visualization
- Act as advisor to executive leadership
- Present recommendations and business scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 3 years experience in:
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP
- Demand Planning / Supply Planning
- Strong experience leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
- Master's Degree / MBA
- Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
- Advanced knowledge of IBP systems and tools
- Strong finance and accounting understanding
