Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager / Distribution Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material organization.
- Load, transport, and deliver materials safely and on time to job sites or clients.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a supervisory role.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50–75 lbs regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to safely load and unload materials from trucks.
- Work may involve both indoor and outdoor environments and exposure to varying weather conditions.
