- Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery.
- Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and collaboration aligned with hospital Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherence.
- Drive patient flow, quality outcomes, and core measure compliance.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing nursing teams.
- Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and evidence-based practice standards.
- Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas.
- 35 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with service excellence culture, staffing optimization, and budget management.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission).
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- ARDCS or CCI certification preferred.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
