This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding by launching and tracking tasks and ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and compliant
- Serve as a primary support resource for Paylocity and assist with maintaining employee records and self-service tools
- Help process employee data changes and assist with payroll-related updates as needed
- Enroll employees in benefit plans and process qualifying life events
- Review and audit monthly insurance invoices and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Track training completions, anniversaries, assessments, and other key HR activities
- Build HR reports, charts, and process documentation for leadership and annual review cycles
- Coordinate trainings, staff meetings, and employee events, including scheduling, materials, and logistics
- Prepare and assist with quarterly HR updates and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality and support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and recordkeeping best practices
- 2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, office administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Paylocity or another HRIS/ATS platform preferred
- Strong Excel, reporting, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MediClear or equivalent HIPAA certification required
- Broad exposure to recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and reporting
