The JOB:
This is a very entry-level role that focuses primarily on administrative support, including filing, organizing employee records, and assisting with data entry.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on exposure to Human Resources.

Requirements
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in an administrative, assistant, or office support role, or a recent graduate with relevant coursework or internship experience
- Must have working knowledge of human resources best practices, and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Must have strong skillset and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all Human Resources matters.
