- Work Schedule: On-site, 3 days per week
- Location: Santa Clara, California
- Start Date: Flexible / Negotiable
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Additional Note: No relocation support provided; candidates currently residing in or planning to reside in San Jose or Santa Clara are preferred
- Provide support for HR administrative tasks and maintain related documentation
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Support internal newsletter preparation and distribution
- Provide general office administration and operational support
- Required Qualifications
- Up to 10 years of relevant experience preferred
- Korean proficiency is required due to frequent communication with the Korea headquarters
- Strong business communication skills in both Korean and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience with HRIS administration
- Experience in business support or office administration
- Basic understanding of U.S. employment law
- Compensation
- Compensation: Approximately $40,000$50,000 annualized equivalent
- Based on performance, conversion to a full-time position may be considered after one year
