Job Description

  • Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions and prepare case strategy.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and proceedings.
  • Advise clients on legal options and case developments.
  • Perform legal research and case analysis.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive case outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active New Jersey Bar license.
  • Family law experience handling divorce, custody, and support matters.
  • Experience drafting motions and managing litigation workflows.
  • Strong client communication and case management skills.
