Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Fabricator / Welder:
- Fit and weld stainless steel sheet metal, tubes, and pipes to assemble food processing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper fitting and welding of components
- Cut tubular components as needed to meet assembly requirements
- Perform high-quality TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel materials
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit tubular components
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain high-quality weld standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in food processing equipment manufacturing or a related industry, such as nut, dairy, brewery, or sanitary process equipment
- Knowledge of sanitary welding techniques and standards
- Background in precision stainless steel fabrication for industries requiring high-quality welds
- Background check and Drug test required
