Located in Visalia, CA, Serpa Packaging Solutions is a leading provider of cartoning and end of line packaging systems for the pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, food, cosmetics, and personal care markets. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join the team!

Job Description
- Set up and run all required welding and cutting process proficiently.
- Ability to build welding fixtures.
- Complete knowledge of weld symbols.
- Familiar with machining processes.
- Conforms to requirements on a consistent basis in all welding, cutting, and finishing processes, and make sure other employees do so as well.
- Accepts and completes jobs in a reasonable amount of time.
- Capable of reading and understanding all blue-prints.
- Capable of welding machine frames and piece parts proficiently with no supervision.
- Follow safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep up to date on new techniques and processes.
- Support world class check-out process.
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor.
- 1 Year welding program preferred but not required
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Good communication skills.
- Must work well with others.
- Ability to read blue prints
