Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.90 - $18.00 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Able to operate auto-coiler tubing lines
• Able to identify tubing related defects, such as blow-outs, material contamination, and dimensional fluctuations
• Able to operate IPS cut-length line
• Able to operate curl lines
• Ensure that gaylords are filled to the proper quantity per specifications
• Track cutter counter and reset after each gaylord
• Able to operate PVC Grinder
• Load product safely and consistently into Grinder to maintain Grinder output and prevent jams
• Track output by weight and maintain organized work area
• Able to operate a hand pallet jack
• Label all products per specifications
• Maintain consistent counts of products
• Complete Extrusion Operator's report and all required Job Order paperwork, including notes, logs, and any other written communication required by the Supervisor
• Perform tubing quality checks per specifications, and be able to identify all materials associated with these products
• Ability to demonstrate Coiler & Accumulator, packaging, line hook-up and rotatin, pallet configuration, pakcing pressure setting, coiler start/stop operation
• Ability to demonstrate Quality, layout, flow, visual inspection, Spacing, wall thickness, etc
• Ability to demonstrate water filtration REservori clean process, filtration disk clean and setup, and water treatment
• Ability to demonstrate coating & stripe material formulation and ratio
• Maintain communication with Supervisor and/or Leads regarding production status, scrap rates, and any other issues or defects found
• Maintain housekeeping per Company standards throughout the entire shift, and utilize shift overlap time for additional housekeeping and shift hand-off communication
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Manufacturing production machinery experience preferred, but not required 
• Quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards 
• Ability to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail 
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
