Compensation:
- Base salary: $120,000$130,000, based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
- wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000$20,000 annually
- CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 per year

- 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
- Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
- Stipend and productivity bonuses offered
Job/Practice Description: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Outpatient specialty practice, 40 hours/week
- Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
- Average volume: 25 patients per day
- No hospital call light phone call only, 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience
- Current PNP certification
